Coaching is NOT therapy, but it is a therapeutic process.

We all know the feeling of talking things through, often interrupted with unsolicited advice and opinions. Transformational Coaching creates a space enabling you to find your own answers and solutions, giving you a platform to feel safe, heard, supported and seen, and being guided to where you need to be.

A coaching goal is really important. Without a goal, coaching will not get you where you want to be.
